First Look at Subvert's Platform (+ We're 2,500 Strong)

It's been three months since launching Plan for the Artist-Owned Internet on Oct 17th. Today, our community stands at over 2,500 members strong – each one a co-owner of the Subvert platform.

Our membership now includes:

  • 1,846 artists
  • 339 labels
  • 384 supporters

Together, including label catalogs, these members represent over 5,000 artists and 15,000 releases. There are roughly 50 new members joining daily. A collectively-owned Bandcamp is on the horizon.

We've scheduled three key feedback sessions where Founding Members will help shape Subvert's development:

  • January 30: Artist Page + Audio Player Experience
  • February 20: Album, Cart & Checkout Flow
  • March 13: Member Profiles & Collection Management

On these dates, each member will receive a detailed walkthrough video of each feature set, followed by structured opportunities to share input.
