Welcome to Subvert's documentation. This is where we explain how the cooperative works, how membership functions, our governing documents, and how we make decisions. Everything that defines Subvert as an organization lives here.
If you are new, the About section is the place to start. From there:
- How the Co-op Works covers the deeper mechanics: our structure, membership, governance, funding, and platform basics
- Governing Documents holds the bylaws, member agreements, and policies that formally define the cooperative
- Transparency houses our quarterly reports, investor list, board meeting minutes, and election results
- Member Resources is where members find practical guides for participating in the cooperative
