- It outlines our vision, strategy, and operational plans for building a collectively owned music marketplace
- The zine functions as both a business plan and a manifesto for our community
- It will be available starting October 17, 2024, through our website
How to Get a Physical Copy
There are two ways to obtain a physical copy of the Plan for the Artist-Owned Internet:
- Supporters & Allies:
- Purchase the zine for $100
- Includes free worldwide shipping
- Grants founding Supporter-Member status in the Subvert Co-op
- Musicians & Labels:
- Join the Subvert Co-op for free
- Can claim a zine for free (pay-what-you-want option available)
- Grants founding Artist or Label Member status in the Subvert Co-op
All founding members receive:
- A limited edition physical copy of the zine
- Membership certificate
- Access to our members-only forum
- Co-ownership of Subvert
- Ability to influence platform policies and features
- Right to propose and vote on major initiatives
