Privacy Request
Use this form to make a request about your personal data — for example, to get a copy of it, correct something, or close your account.
You can also email us at info@subvert.fm with the subject line "Privacy Request." The form below routes to the same place.
What you can request
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to restrict or object to how we use it. California and Colorado residents have additional rights specific to those states. The full list, with the legal detail, is in our Privacy Policy.
If you're not sure which right fits your situation, pick "Something else / not sure" in the form and tell us what you're trying to do. We'll take it from there.
How we verify it's you
Before we act on a request, we'll send a confirmation email to your registered email address. Once you reply to confirm, we get to work. If you can't access that email account, write to info@subvert.fm and we'll work with you to verify another way.
How long we take
We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law — generally one month for EEA and UK residents, and 45 days for California and Colorado residents. Complex requests may take longer; if that applies to yours, we'll let you know.
A note on what we can delete
Some data we're legally required to keep — for example, certain cooperative membership records and transactional records. If any of this affects your request, we'll explain what we're retaining and why, and we'll handle the rest.
Authorized agents and appeals
California residents may submit requests through an authorized agent, and Colorado residents may appeal a previous decision. Select the relevant option in the form and we'll guide you from there.
